Human Resources Officer at RA International

The candidate must be able to:

1. Make sure all documents and files archives are compiled systematically and accessible when necessary.
2. Liaise and update Project Managers on Manpower requests, and replacements.
3. Ensure timely submission of all documents/passports for visa and work permit renewals.
4. Manage all staff visas, work permits, leave schedules, and rotations in liaison with the HR team in Dubai.
5. Liaise with respective agencies for required ID cards, work permits, and other contractual requirements.
6. Manage airport escort and pick-up where applicable. Ensure timely schedule of movement of staff from sector to sector.
7. Manage all administrative procedures related to accommodation; check-in, payments, complaints, and check-out in liaison with the housekeeping team.
8. Make a site visit to sectors to monitor staff welfare and any other issues.
9. Prepare and coordinate staff payroll-related tasks like bank details change, and payroll reconciliations of additions and deductions.
10. Provide life support/PPE & airtime issuance lists to respective departments at the end of each month.
11. Any other duties as assigned by the PM and the Group HR team are based in Dubai.
