• We are seeking an IT Officer to manage and support our IT systems, ensuring secure, reliable operations and providing technical and user support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support by resolving system issues, maintaining IT equipment, and training users.
• Manage servers, networks, firewalls, VPNs, and user access to ensure reliable and secure systems.
• Enforce security policies, manage backups, and monitor systems for risks or breaches.
• Maintain and update software and enterprise systems while coordinating with vendors.
• Manage IT assets through accurate inventory, procurement, and lifecycle oversight.
• Document IT systems, prepare reports, and support audits with required technical information.
