For appointment into this position, applicants should have the following:

Person Profile.

• Bachelors in Information Technology or a relevant field required
• At least 3 years of experience providing information communications technology (ICT) and administrative support.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and writing skills.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and advice as required across all the enterprises income generating outlets and offices.
• Rectify problems relating to the malfunction of ICT equipment including software
• Supports implementation of ICT management systems and strategies, focusing on achievement of results
• Integrate security, physical control solutions for all confidential data and systems
• Respond to ICT Support requests in a timely fashion to ensure minimum disruption to service delivery.
• Install and upgrade both systems and application software as required adhering to all licensing regulations.
• Perform preventive maintenance duties on items of ICT hardware and equipment.
• Provision of administrative support.

REMUNERATION AND TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:

Appointments to the positions will be on a Three years contract, renewable on mutual understanding with a six month probation period upon appointment. A competitive compensation package will be offered to successful candidates. Kabarak University Enterprises Ltd is an equal opportunity employer.
