Information Communication and Technology Intern (1) at Ten Senses Africa (TSA)

The ICT intern will be responsible for supporting the ICT department in running day to day IT functions.

Responsibilities:

• Information Technology and Enterprise Resource Planning.
• Ensure the maintenance of IT systems and equipment.
• Process Design and Optimization.
• Develop, document, and refine internal processes to ensure efficiency, consistency and compliance. c) Controls Management.
• Continuously assess existing controls, identifying weaknesses or areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes.
• Work closely with departments to ensure adherence to best practices and compliance with industry regulations.
• Reporting and Documentation.
• Maintain clear documentation of all processes, controls, and data management framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Diploma in Information Communication And Technology.
• Efficient in the use of word, power point, excel
• Good training & communication skills
• Fluency in English & Kiswahili
