JOB KNOWLEDGE: Must have intermediate computer knowledge in MS Office Suite, and other proprietary software such as International Vetting and Security Tracking System (INVEST), Integrated Logistics Management System (ILMS), ILMS End-Use Monitoring, ILMS ARIBA Spend Management. Knowledge of clerical and office administrative processes required, as well as an understanding of Embassy protocol and processes.

Evaluations:
LANGUAGE: Level IV (Fluent) speaking/reading/writing of English is required.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Strong writing and reporting skills, as well as typing and numerical skills, organizational and follow-through skills are necessary to be successful in position. Ability to deal tactfully with USG, host country and other officials required. Must be able to obtain and hold a Secret clearance.
