To oversee the conceptualization and operational set-up the new projects/ products in Kenya e.g LPG
To supervise and assist in the training (that will be led overall by the training team) the operational staff (retail, sales, technical) required for the upkeep of the new projects/ products offered in Kenya
To manage external supplier relationships required of the new products (e.g LPG suppliers, hardware suppliers and any others that might be relevant)
To draw on experience from previous successful projects in other Bboxx NGUs to ensure smooth implementation of Kenyan projects
To manage any new grant project implementation requirements and stakeholder management (where appropriate) - with input from the remainder of the management team where needed
To take lead on pilots of additional value-added services, products and projects, and any associated tasks and deliverables
To develop and propose new value-added products and services that could leverage BBOXX Kenya's existing infrastructure to bring additional portfolio support
To take responsibility for scaling up pilot projects and products and ensure proper handover to operational teams when necessary
To be the main point of contact for updates and development on value-added services
What we are looking for:
University degree in Project Management or related field.
At least 5 years in a Projects Management Position or a related field.
Experience in business analysis or a related role.
Skills and Competencies
