    Intelligence Analyst.Security Intelligence and Technical Protection

    Job Purpose Statement

    Development and implementation of intelligence operations based on proactive collection, collation, processing of information and timely dissemination of actionable intelligence in alignment with the security strategy.

    Key Accountabilities;

    • Effectively coordinate intelligence operations networkwide to ensure timely and proactive intelligence service for the Business.
    • Effectively implement anti-fraud operations as directed by the Intelligence Officer in order to ensure highest standards of revenue integrity network wide.
    • Maintain an up-to-date fraud tracking system in compliance with the Business’ anti-fraud policy for business continuity.
    • Implement measures necessary for the continuous tracking and analyzing of security-related reports and incidents networkwide by the Investigations Officer.
    • Ensure timely collection of security-related information for collation and INTEL preparation for weekly and event-driven briefs network-wide.
    • Implement a robust stakeholder’s engagement network-wide for the Airline’s intelligence operations.
    • Implement regular and adhoc fraud risk assessment and corresponding preventive measures as directed by the Intelligence Officer.
    • Sourcing, constant updating and maintenance of a robust cyber infrastructure to ensure the security of airport operations network-wide.
    • Effectively control the Intelligence budget in line with projected ceilings and Airline’s security objectives.
    • Continuously update the database of all detected, reported fraud cases and successful interventions network-wide for consolidation and report to the security management.
    • Coordination of appropriate Investigations training in line with Business’ objectives and industry’s best practices.
    • Research and regularly review security-related aviation operations in line with Business’ objectives and industry best practice.

    Qualifications

    • University degree in a relevant discipline will be added advantage
    • At least three years’ experience in intelligence management in a reputable organization.
    • Relevant professional certification in intelligence training
    • Excellent and proven intelligence skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Organizational, planning and analytical skills
    • Demonstrated report writing skills.
    • Proficiency in cyber-technology.
