Responsibilities

• Design and develop graphic design projects for print, digital, or other media.
• Work with the internal team on creative ideas to create compelling visual content using Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Photoshop/InDesign/Illustrator).
• Develop concept for below-the-line items including reports, flyers, plaques, and branded materials.
• Design digital content for social media including short videos from previously or currently produced content and static posters/flyers.
• Preparing files for production output.
• Assisting IT Instructor on creating training materials and social media contents
• Perform any other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related discipline.
• Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.
• Strong IT skills, including the use of MS PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with graphic design programs preferred.
• Ability to work with non-governmental organizations, donors, development partners, or media organizations required.
• Knowledge of other graphic software such as CorelDraw and Canva.
• Basic photography skills will be an added advantage.
