To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have…

• An advanced University Degree in development and/or social sciences or related technical field is required
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in proposal development and reports writing is required.
• Good understanding of UNICEF programming. Previous experience with Donor Relations and Reporting work with UNICEF country offices is an asset.
• Ability to support the translation of analytical findings and evidence into a cohesive narrative.
• Excellent oral and written communication and report writing skills in English.
• Demonstrated capacity in M&E and budgeting for large-scale programs or emergency programming an asset
• Excellent ability to collect, treat and analyze data. Advanced computer literacy expected in Word, Excel and Power Point.
• Fluency in English is required
