    International Development and Affordable Housing Manager

    Who We’re Looking For:

    We seek professionals with backgrounds in:

    • Affordable housing and urban development
    • Program design & implementation in shelter solutions
    • Government relations and affordable housing advocacy
    • Donor relations and institutional fundraising (including experience with bi- and multi-lateral donors)
    • Monitoring, evaluation, accountability & learning (MEAL) for housing programs
    • Disaster resilience housing solutions
    • Housing finance, grant management & compliance
    • Land tenure, policy reform, and housing rights
    • Fundraising professionals
