About the internship

• TBWA\Ascent is an integrated marketing and communication consulting firm in Nairobi and part of the global Omnicom network. We are seeking five paid interns and graduate trainees.

What you will learn

• Research and Insights Mining.
• Media monitoring and relations.
• Developing press releases, speeches, opinion editorials, and media advisories.
• Client liaison and event management.
• Influence management.
• Writing minutes, meeting notes, and contact reports.
• Drafting and conducting interviews.
• Social media community management and digital content development. Designing decks/presentations.
• Copywriting for posters, ads, billboards, TVCs, radio, and social media.

Who we are looking for

• A great team player with a positive attitude.
• Recently graduated or about to graduate; no experience required.
• Mandatory: Excellent writing skills and language proficiency. High integrity, confidentiality, professionalism, and business ethics.
• Ability to learn, adapt, and consistently deliver quality output under pressure.
• Proficiency in French is an added advantage
