IT Digitization Intern at Fincorp Credit Limited

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Digitization Intern located in Westlands, Nairobi County, Kenya. The intern will be responsible for assisting with network administration, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring network security, and providing customer service support. The intern will also be tasked with learning and applying information technology skills to improve operational efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Network Administration and Network Security skills
• Information Technology and Troubleshooting skills
• Customer Service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and on-site in Westlands, Nairobi County
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Knowledge of Software development is a plus
• Knowledge of financial services industry is a plus
