IT Officer at SanaWema

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Muslim lady with a Certificate or Diploma in ICT to work as an IT Officer in our office in Mombasa, Kenya. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience and be proficient in all aspects of IT support. She will also be responsible for basic office duties related to communication, network, and computer troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to all staff members
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software
• Troubleshoot computer problems and provide solutions
• Manage the company's network
• Edit content post on WordPress site
• Perform basic office duties such as answering phones, taking notes, and filing

Requirements

• At least one year of experience as an IT Officer
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
• Experience with WordPress is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• The ideal candidate should be a Muslim lady
• Must be available to start in January 2024
