About the Role

Looking for someone with, sales and marketing skills and previous experience in a target-based environment. They have 2+ years of working experience.

Responsibilities

Marketing and Sales

• Make recommendations to clients based on specific needs
• Explain the benefits of various products
• Suggest products for members to purchase
• Achieve sales revenue targets for their duka

Customer Service

• Provide all clients with quality customer service
• Answer customer questions and respond promptly to customer complaints

Inventory Management

• Track sales and inventory
• Verify customer payment through M-Pesa
• Track customer feedback

Innovation and process improvement

• Listen to customer feedback and recommend changes to the shop based on that feedback
• Identify ways that we could improve the products/services offered by the shop

Management

• Manage Deputy Duka Officer and casuals who will support in daily tasks
• Perform additional tasks as requested by the manager.

Qualifications

Across all roles, these are the general qualifications we look for. For this role specifically, you will have the following:

• 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing.
• Diploma/Certificate required
• Customer service experience
• Management experience.
• Fluent in English and Kiswahili
• Computer skills required
