    Key Account Manager

    We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join our Sales Department. In this role you will work within the sales team and will be responsible for building and developing a successful sales pipeline. Your main area of specialty will be PSG and OSG sales.

    Responsibilities

    1. Working on and actively setting out to achieve agreed sales targets from assigned clients
    2. Ensuring customer satisfaction by handling customer queries and/or complaints
    3. Handling an agreed set of market, clients/accounts as advised, determined and discussed with the Sales Manager
    4. Developing, mapping and documenting the designated accounts and ensuring 100% coverage in the assigned accounts and market
    5. Identifying prospects and leads generated in the assigned accounts and areas
    6. Qualifying the prospects/leads and where necessary liaise with the Sales Manager on the same
    7. Identifying optimum solutions in liaison with the pre-sales support team
    8. Ensuring maximum penetration and completion of User trainings (webinars/partner net) at the customer location to ensure optimization of the machines features and thereby consumption
    9. Preparing proposals and presentations as per the organizational set standards and client requirements
    10. Negotiating and finalizing deals as per organizational guidelines
    11. Timely preparing and responding to tender RFQ/RFI/EOI, pre qualifications, RFP in liaison with the bid desk
    12. Ensuring timely collection in liaison with the credit control team
    13. Working closely with Sales lead, Presales, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of the project/equipment
    14. Assisting the Sales lead in planning the stocks based on past trends and forecast based on customer needs.

    Requirements

    Academic

    • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Sales and Marketing or Business Management
    • Qualification in IT will be an added advantage

    Experience

    1. 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in IT solutions
    2. Work related skills & personal attributes
    3. Experience in office automation sales both hardware and software
    4. Excellent negotiation skills
    5. Excellent presentation, planning and organizational skills
    6. Aggressive and result oriented
    7. Strong communication skills both verbal and written
    8. Team player
    9. High level of integrity
    10. Strong commercial awareness
    11. A high degree of self-motivation and drive
    12. Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection
