    Lab Sales Representatives

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Achieve sales goals and objectives by effectively implementing marketing strategies and sales plan in assigned region and as defined by business needs
    • Analyze lab sales performance and adjust business plan and approach accordingly.
    • Continuously self-assesses, identify and champions opportunities.
    • Maintain and update current and prospective target prescriber profiles, call records, sales leads, lost business, and any customer relationship information i. Share detailed database with the management on weekly basis including Emails, Mobile numbers, Hospital Profile, Doctor/Prescriber profiles and corresponding products we should offer.
    • Research and engage with potential referral partners. Keep current with market knowledge and competitive products, prepare intelligent competitor analysis reports, business plans & Sales Roadmap & strategies.
    • Maintain a professional image for our products
    • Successfully complete/participate in all required training and sales meetings
    • Plan, organize, and prioritize to meet sales and call targets
    • Demonstrate mastery of selling skills with expertise in questioning and probing to better understand customer wants and needs
    • Demonstrate effective interactions with all our company personnel
    • Assist with special projects as assigned by management
    • Make complete, accurate and timely submission of all timekeeping, details, call activity, expense reports, and sample activity when applicable
    • Comply with governing corporate policies and SOPs, as well as applicable PPB & National laws and regulations, including compliance with promotional program, and proper use of promotional materials and promotional expense budgets
    • Travel within the sales territory to meet with prospective clients
    • Research and engage with potential referral partners.
    • Successfully completing “total office calls”, achieving quarterly and annual call activity and sales goals, achieving designated call expectations with a focus on top customers.
    • Understanding and addressing both business and scientific oriented needs of healthcare professionals.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors Degree in a related field
    • 2+ years of LAB sales experience.
    • Strong presentations skills Medically
    • Telesales experience, especially in the healthcare field is desired
    • Demonstrated ability to consistently analyze, plan, prioritize, execute, and exceed sales goals
    • Enthusiastic MSR who will not only execute in the trenches, but also provide strategic leadership, from a market and product perspective
