Reporting to the Medical Officer in Charge , this position is responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating the Laboratory team within the hospital unit.
The job holder will superintend the branch laboratory and will ensure high quality of services, pricing of services , stock control and accountability and excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
Degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences with at least 4 years experience or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Sciences with 6 years’ experience with valid licensing from KMLTTB. The position requires active knowledge and experience in People Management and Customer Service.
