Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Learning and Development (L&D) Manager to lead our training initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring training programs that align with company goals and drive employee growth, performance, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive learning and development strategies.
• Identify training needs across departments through assessments and feedback.
• Design and deliver engaging training programs, both in-person and virtual.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Align training programs with organizational goals and talent development plans.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in L&D.
• Manage training budgets and resource allocation.
• Oversee coaching and mentorship programs to strengthen employee development.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field (a Master’s or certification in L&D/HR is an added advantage).
• Proven experience in training management, instructional design, or corporate learning.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and modern training methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple training initiatives.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
