Legal Officer Position

- Qualification BA/BSc/HND

- Location Nairobi
- Job Field Law / Legal
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drafting legal documentation
- Oversee client matters
- Provide risk management advise to the company
- Drafts and/or reviews legal documents and correspondences
- Ensure the company is compliant with regulatory bodies
- Assist the company in corporate governance
- Assist the company in interpretation of laws and keep abreast with changing laws concerning the company
- Review and provide legal input on all aspects of legal implications specific to projects or progams
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of laws from a qualified university Advocate of the high Court of Kenya
