    Liaison Officers Assistants

    Responsibilities

    GENERAL FUNCTIONS: Under the direct supervision of Liaison Officer, the incumbents will assist with the following tasks:

    1. Provide appropriate assistance to the security of the Mission in accordance with the instructions of the Liaison Officer.
    2. Assist the latter in the design, implementation and execution of all necessary safety measures to mission success:
    3. Assist the Liaison Officer for the preparation of documents and safety manuals, production databases etc ...
    4. Assist in the preparation of Safety training meetings of members of the mission
    5. Assist the Liaison Officer for coordination of movements of mission members.
    6. Keep a database of useful information about security.
    7. Develop and maintain contacts with local authorities in charge of security.
    8. Other useful security mission tasks can be requested.

    Method of Application

    Applicants must be available from 21 June 2022 to 09 October 2022 (depending on the role and the election calendar)

    • Flexibility required. Work is expected on occasions both in the evening and weekends.
    • Place of work is Nairobi and, for some positions, different postings around the country.
