Librarian at AIC Kijabe Hospital

Reporting to the Deputy Principal, the holder of the position will glorify God by Managing, Organizing, Evaluating and Disseminating information and Providing support to members of Kijabe College of Health Sciences.

Applicants Qualifications, Experience, Competencies and Attributes

• Bachelor’s degree in Library and Information Science
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience preferably in a busy school
• Must demonstrate ability to handle multiple and conflicting priorities, and work under strict deadlines
• Must demonstrate ability to execute work assigned with minimum supervision
• Must demonstrate ability to multitask
• Should have ability to solve problems by applying relevant knowledge
• Must have the ability to communicate for both written and oral communication
• Must be an honest person full of integrity in their personal conduct and handling of job responsibilities
• Must have knowledge in use of MS office packages
• Must be aligned to the Mission and Vision of the AIC Kijabe Hospital
