Maintenance Manager at Summit Recruitment and Search

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating construction work with various contractors and consultants onsite and ensuring their work delivered is within the required contract specifications.
• Developing a detailed scheduled (preventative) maintenance plan for all farm equipment and infrastructure for the following departments: production, post-harvest, IPM & sales
• Custodianship of all tools, fuel, PPE and machinery deployed in the expansion area.
• Ensure the electrical fence is in operation at all time so as to have the farm properly protected from trespassers

Qualifications:

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• Must have 10+ years of experience in facilities maintenance with a background in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Must have experience in the Floriculture sector.
• Ability to thrive while working collaboratively with colleagues, identifying and solving problems independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must possess strong work ethic, ability to work in teams, intellectual curiosity, and ability to structure and solve problems.
