What will you be doing:

• Ensure the overall day-to-day operations and maintenance of the hotel equipment
• Ensure that the Planned Preventive Maintenance schedule is adhered to and records are kept up to date.
• Ensure control and distribution of trouble reports, and breakdown reports as well as manage the day-to-day support of store material. 
• Work closely with sectional supervisors regularly for the update on ongoing works and projects 
• Provides competent hands-on skills to ensure all hotel systems including, Mechanical, electrical, sewage, plumbing, heating, and lighting are maintained in good working order and to ensure any defects are corrected promptly and properly.

Your experience and skills include:

• Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Desirable Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Be in good physical condition to perform extensive walking, bending, and stretching.
• Be able to lift upto 20 kg.
• Have knowledge of hotel facilities.
• Have knowledge and experience in HVAC and Plumbing works, electrical, and electronics.
• Good spoken English.
• Be able to converse with the guest.
