• The Sarova Hotels Management Trainee program is a two-year training with immersive learning. invaluable skills and insights. The successful candidates will gain:

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, tourism or a relevant field
• At least one year of experience working in a 3-5-star hotel
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Ability to work in a progressive, fast-paced environment Leadership potential and a drive to succeed
• Flexibility to travel as needed
