ROLE SUMMARY

• The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing the digital marketing strategy for the company. The role holder is also responsible for designing and implementing social media strategy aligned with business goals and overseeing campaigns achieve satisfactory ROI.

ROLE PROFILE

• Plan and execute all digital social media and advertising campaigns in market
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
• Work closely with the Commercial & Operations teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time
• Working with the central team, plan & develop the social strategy for the market
• Design, build and maintain MAF Retail’s social media presence
• Propose and implement action plans in order to increase productivity, performance and effectiveness of the operations
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaign and assess against goals
• Identify trends and insights and optimize spend based on the insights

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Visual Communications / Media
• 10+ years' experience in a similar position, experience in the retail industry is preferred
• High attention to detail
• Experinece with paid media channels
• Experience working with agencies
