    Job Requirements

    1. ACADEMIC    BACHELOR- EDUCATION
    2. ACADEMIC    MASTERS- EDUCATION
    3. EXPERIENCE    Have a minimum of eight (8) years relevant work experience three (3) years should be in management;
    4. INTEGRITY    Fulfil the requirements of Chapter of the Constitution
    5. OTHERS    Have demonstrated professional competence and administrative capability as reflected in work performance and results and
    6. SKILLS    Be Proficient in computer application
    7. SKILLS & COMPETENCIES    Strategic thinking;
    8. SKILLS & COMPETENCIES    Analytical skills;
    9. SKILLS & COMPETENCIES    Strong communication and reporting skills;
    10. SKILLS & COMPETENCIES    Strong managerial skills and ability to lead teams;
    11. SKILLS & COMPETENCIES    Mentoring, coaching and leadership skills;
    12. SKILLS & COMPETENCIES    Team player
    13. SKILLS & COMPETENCIES    Interpersonal and negotiation skills and
    14. TRAINING    Have attended management course lasting not less four (4) weeks from a recognized Institution

    Job Responsibilities

    Responsibility Description

    1. Overseeing preparation of schedules for the registration of candidates
    2. Overseeing resolution of examination related queries
    3. Coordinating the training of invigilators and markers
    4. In charge of examination material during exam administration and marking
    5. Coordinating processing examination results
    6. Coordinating the recruitment of invigilators
    7. Coordinating the marking exercise at marking centres
    8. Coordinating examination administration
    9. Coordinating induction of markers
    10. Induction of examination invigilators
    11. Coordinating the registration of candidates
    12. Leading teams during the processing examination results
    13. Addressing operational challenges in examination administration
    14. Preparing advertisements for print media of examination activities
    15. Preparing reports upon completion of each activity done in the section
    16. Coordinating and supervising the staff within the section
    17. Preparing and implementing the work plans in the section
    18. Ensure notifications on examination activities and calendar of examination activities are prepared; and
    19. Develop the departmental annual procurement plan;
