    Job Responsibilities

    Responsibility Description

    • Assisting in carrying out of office and field based investigations into allegations of violations of the Legal Education Act, standards and applicable rules and Regulations;
    • Assisting in investigative research and determine the appropriate presentation of investigative results;
    • Assisting in the review and assessment of complaints or allegations and formulate investigation plans;
    • Assisting in reviewing and analysing all information to determine its relevance and reliability, conduct interviews of staff and other involved parties;

    Responsibility Description

    1. Providing overall Leadership supervision and guidance on all activities within the department;
    2. Preparing management and statutory reports including final accounts; develop financial regulations and procedures to enhance internal controls;
