Manager, Sales Coordination at Bank of Africa Kenya Limited

Responsibility Summary:

• Develop and monitor sales strategies through use of market trend analysis.
• Continuously monitor the market for opportunities and guide branches in achieving goals.
• Implement dynamic customer journeys and actively participate in re-engineering and cost optimization initiatives.
• Assess training needs within sales coordinators and branch sales staff, and manage and motivate sales teams to achieve revenue goals.

Academic & Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business related field, Masters degree in relevant field is an added advantage.
• Over 10 years of banking experience, with at least 4 years of relevant experience in sales at a managerial level.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Business sales within the local banking industry, banking products and services.
