    Manager-Sales

    THE ROLE

    • Build and lead a team of 3 Field Sales Agents across Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania
    • Personally manage key accounts while coaching your team to exceed targets
    • Implement CRM systems and establish data-driven sales processes
    • Drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition and account expansion
    • Develop deep expertise in flexographic printing, packaging materials, and converting
    • Contribute to strategic expansion into Rwanda, Tanzania, and Ethiopia
    • Report directly to the Managing Director with clear path to Sales & Marketing Director

    WHAT WE\'RE LOOKING FOR

    • Bachelor\'s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
    • 5-8 years experience with 3+ years in B2B sales leadership
    • Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales targets with numbers to prove it
    • Experience managing and developing sales teams of 3+ people
    • Technical sales aptitude – ability to learn and sell packaging/print solutions
    • Deep knowledge of Kenyan business culture and at least one other East African market
    • CRM experience (Odoo, HubSpot, Zoho) is a STRONG advantage
    • Valid driver\'s license and willingness to travel 40-50% across East Africa
    • Entrepreneurial mindset – comfortable with ambiguity, excited by challenge
