Job Purpose
Oversees engineering, property department and maintenance works to ensure that all jobs are completed on time, within budget, and to user specifications. To oversees the implementation of EPZA projects, ensure that all projects are constructed as per the acceptable construction industry standards, oversee project implementation through to commissioning, undertaking capacity building with other relevant institutions; carrying out of preliminary cost estimates for projects to be implemented; surveying projects being implemented; and preparing technical design reports, Auditing and inspecting of materials both at the Headquarters and regionals offices.

Academic Qualifications
Professional Qualifications / Membership to professional bodies
Previous relevant work experience required.
Have nine (9) years relevant experience with three (3) years’ experience in the position of Assistant Manager Engineering or Assistant Manager, Property or equivalent position in the Public Service or reputable organization
