Manager - UI/UX Designer at I&M Bank

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. As a UI/UX Designer at I&M Bank, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create engaging and seamless user experiences that align with our brand and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications that enhance user experience and drive customer engagement.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and implement design solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
• Ensure consistency and adherence to design guidelines and brand standards across all platforms.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in design, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5-9 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, Zeplin or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Experience working with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX design projects.
