QUALIFICATIONS

• Industry Experience - At least 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales, property management, or real estate investment, with a proven track record of leadership.
• Strong Leadership Skills - Ability to manage a team, set sales targets, mentor agents, and ensure company goals are met.
• Marketing & Negotiation Expertise - Knowledge of real estate marketing strategies, digital advertising, and strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively.

• Team Leadership & Supervision - Overseeing sales agents, marketing teams, and support staff to ensure productivity and goal achievement.
• Sales & Business Development - Developing strategies to attract clients, close deals, and expand the company's real estate portfolio.
• Marketing & Brand Growth - Implementing marketing campaigns, digital strategies, and client engagement to boost sales and company visibility.
• Financial & Budget Management - Overseeing budgets, setting sales targets, and ensuring financial growth through effective investment strategies.
• Client Relations & Deal Negotiation - Handling high-value clients, negotiating property deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
