Marketing and Design Lead at Dudutech

Purpose:

• Bioline Agrosciences Africa Ltd is seeking a talented and creative Marketing and Design Lead to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual with a strong background in graphic design, Adobe InDesign expertise, and a keen understanding of website and social media management. As the Marketing and Design Lead, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand identity and reaching our target audience

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Reporting to the Regional Technical Manager the incumbent will be required but not limited to.
Graphic Design:

• Create visually compelling marketing materials, including brochures, product catalogues, and promotional materials, using Adobe InDesign and other design software.
• Ensure all design work aligns with the company's branding guidelines and maintains a high level of quality.

Digital Marketing:

• Manage and update the company's website, ensuring it remains current, user-friendly, and visually appealing.
• Develop engaging and SEO-friendly content for the website to enhance online visibility.
• Execute email marketing campaigns and newsletters to engage customers and promote products.

Social Media Management:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engage with our target audience on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
• Create and curate content, including graphics, videos, and blog posts, to engage followers and promote Bioline Agrosciences' products and initiatives.

Market Research:

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging marketing and design techniques to keep our strategies fresh and competitive.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to ensure marketing efforts align with product launches and sales objectives.
• Work closely with external vendors and agencies, as necessary, to achieve marketing and design goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate must possess the qualifications/competencies outlined below:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in graphic design, with proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
• Strong knowledge of website management and content management systems (CMS).
• Experience in social media management and content creation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
• Experience developing and managing compelling and informative website content.
• Knowledge of agriculture or biological control is a plus but not required.
