Marketing Associate at Sanergy

About the role

The  Marketing Associate will  be responsible for planning and implementing marketing promotional  activities both online and offline . They  should understand the extensive details of marketing and be familiar with ways to analyze campaigns,  market research and customers' behavior.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
• Support marketing executives in organizing various projects
• Assist in  market analysis and  market research  execution eg Conducting Surveys and prepare reports on key learnings.
• Planning and execution of on ground activations .
• Make follow up calls on leads generated and share reports 
• Assist in below the line marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g.  managing  whatsapp group, marketing activations, etc)
• Help in development and distribution  marketing materials.
• Represent the company in community forums, events and exhibitions. 
• Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information.

Qualifications

• At Least 1 year  experience in marketing 
• Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
• Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
• Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
• Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (Salesforce, Odoo.)
• Exquisite communication and people skills
• Experience in managing professional social media accounts
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing or business related field
