Marketing Associate at The Design Gallery

About the Role

• We are looking for a Marketing Associate to coordinate the day-to-day execution of The Design Gallery’s marketing activities. You will work closely with our marketing agency and internal teams to coordinate content, social media, campaigns, events and brand activities, ensuring everything is delivered on time and consistently reflects The Design Gallery brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the day-to-day liaison between The Design Gallery, our marketing agency and relevant internal teams.
• Coordinate marketing briefs, campaigns, content requirements, approvals, deliverables and timelines.
• Maintain and coordinate the marketing and social media content calendar.
• Identify and coordinate content opportunities across our projects, products, partnerships, campaigns and events.
• Coordinate the collection of photography, video, project information and other materials required for content development.
• Review marketing and social media content for accuracy, quality and alignment with our brand standards.
• Coordinate the scheduling and publication of approved content across relevant platforms.
• Monitor social media comments, messages, enquiries and engagement, responding or escalating them to the appropriate teams.
• Coordinate Company events, launches, exhibitions, client engagements and other brand activities, including suppliers, invitations, branding and content coverage.
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns, showroom activities and other brand initiatives.
• Track marketing activities, agency deliverables, digital performance and marketing-generated enquiries.
• Prepare regular marketing activity and performance updates and recommend opportunities for improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• Academic qualification in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in marketing, digital marketing, social media, branding, events or a related role.
• Demonstrable experience coordinating social media platforms and content calendars.
• Experience working with marketing agencies, creative partners, suppliers or other external stakeholders will be an advantage.
• Practical experience coordinating events, launches, campaigns or other brand activities.
• Strong written communication and marketing copywriting skills.
• Good understanding of social media, digital marketing and basic marketing performance metrics.
• Strong coordination, organisation and stakeholder management skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and take ownership of deliverables.
• Experience within interiors, design, architecture, luxury retail, lifestyle, hospitality, property or another premium customer-facing environment will be an advantage.
• Genuine interest in design, interiors, branding and premium customer experiences.
