About the Role
Our client, a leading agribusiness specializing in premium fresh produce and aquaculture products, is seeking to recruit a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Executive to support its continued growth and strengthen its market presence.
The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support sales growth across a portfolio of premium fresh herbs and sustainably farmed trout.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Brand Development
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that increase brand awareness and support business growth.
- Position the company's products across key customer segments, including retailers, restaurants, hospitality businesses, distributors, and health-conscious consumers.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Develop marketing campaigns that promote product quality, freshness, nutrition, and sustainability.
- Support initiatives aimed at increasing market share and revenue.
Digital Marketing & Campaign Management
- Manage the company's social media platforms and digital marketing channels.
- Create and publish engaging content across digital platforms.
- Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, promotions, product launches, and educational content.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on analytics.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
Content Creation & Brand Communication
- Develop compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, social media content, flyers, and promotional materials.
- Create content highlighting sustainable farming practices, healthy lifestyles, and farm-to-table products.
- Coordinate photography, videography, and other visual content.
- Ensure all communications are accurate, engaging, and aligned with the company's brand.
Business Development & Partnerships
- Build and maintain relationships with restaurants, hotels, retailers, distributors, caterers, and other strategic partners.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities.
- Coordinate promotional events, product tastings, activations, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Strengthen customer relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
Sales Support & Customer Engagement
- Work closely with the sales team to support customer acquisition and retention.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and promotional materials.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to support business improvements.
- Promote the company's products and value proposition to prospective and existing customers.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track marketing activities and campaign performance.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing initiatives, customer engagement, and lead generation.
- Evaluate return on marketing investment and recommend improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of marketing campaigns, partnerships, and customer activities.
Key Performance Indicators
- Increased brand awareness and market visibility.
- Growth in qualified leads and customer enquiries.

Qualifications
Academic Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing.
- A qualification in Business, Communications, Agriculture, Agribusiness, Hospitality, or a related field will be an added advantage.
Professional Qualifications
- Certification in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Brand Management, or Content Creation is an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a marketing role.
- Experience in agribusiness, FMCG, food production, agriculture, hospitality, fresh produce, or related industries is preferred.
- Experience managing digital marketing campaigns and social media platforms.
- Experience working with retailers, distributors, hotels, restaurants, or hospitality businesses is an advantage.
