Marketing Intern at WYLDE International

Duties and responsibilities

• Learn to identify and implement strategies for brand positioning and awareness
• Involved in identifying new and creative marketing initiatives that increase client acquisition & retention
• Shadow the marketing team and learn to create designs using illustration, photo editing etc
• Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail, and web)
• Assist in preparing detailed promotional presentations
• Help organize marketing events and distribute marketing materials
• Learn how to study design briefs and determine requirements
• Assist in updating the company website and managing all other social media platforms
• Monitor all social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and provide feedback
• Research and update the team on market trends, changes and ideas
• Assist the team in digital marketing and content creation
• Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks.

Person’s Specifications

• Minimum Degree/Diploma in Marketing or any relevant field from a recognized university
• Knowledge of graphic design will be an advantage
• Basic knowledge of content creation
• Passionate about marketing and brands
• Great at networking and building new connections
• Great organizational skills
• Strong desire to learn
• Excellent writing skills
• Very strong communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and take initiative
