    Marketing & Liaison Officer

    LOCATION: NAIROBI, KISII, KAKAMEGA, WEBUYE, BUSIA

    Overall Responsibility

    The Officer will play a pivotal role in promoting our hospital\'s services, enhancing our brand image, and engaging with the community. The ideal candidate will possess a strong marketing background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for healthcare. 

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Develop comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to promote the hospital\'s services.
    2. Identify target audiences and market segments for various healthcare services.
    3. Execute awareness campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, social media, and events.
    4. Create compelling and informative content for marketing materials, including brochures, social media, and newsletters.
    5. Manage and update the hospital\'s social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement with followers.
    6. Monitor social media trends and recommend strategies to increase engagement and followers.
    7. Establish and maintain relationships with community organizations, healthcare professionals, and local businesses to promote the hospital\'s services.
    8. Organize and participate in community events and health fairs.
    9. Implement and optimize online advertising campaigns to increase the hospital\'s online presence.
    10. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and growth opportunities.
    11. Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing recommendations for improvement.
    12. Gather and analyze patient feedback to make data-driven marketing decisions and improve patient satisfaction.

    Job Requirements

    1. Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    2. Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare sector.
    3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    4. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
    5. Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
    6. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
