Marketing Manager at Safi Organics

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a seasoned marketing manager to play a pivotal role in shaping Safi Organics’ market positioning and growth. As the Marketing Manager, you will play a leading role in developing comprehensive marketing plans,identifying target markets, and designing campaigns to effectively reach farmers and agricultural stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive marketing plans to position Safi Organics as a leading organic fertilizer in the market.
• Identify target markets and design campaigns to reach farmers and stakeholders.
• Leverage product offerings and sustainability focus to enhance brand visibility.
• Build channel partnerships and develop strategies for in-store demand generation.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• More than 5 years of proven experience in senior marketing roles in the agricultural sector.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills and excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• A demonstrated understanding of various marketing strategies and channels in Kenya’s agricultural sector.
• Demonstrated networks and ability to build and manage strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
