Marketing Officer at Nairobi Central Hardware

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
• Develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
• Manage and grow our presence across social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit).
• Create engaging content – photography, videography, graphics, and promotional materials.
• Update and manage our WhatsApp broadcasts, contacts, and e-catalogue.
• Respond to customer inquiries across social media and maintain positive engagement.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our solutions.

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• Strong content creation skills – photography, videography, and graphic design.
• Experience managing social media platforms & marketing tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze content performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Knowledge of educational content funnels and video marketing strategies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a creative mindset.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Bonus Skills (Added Advantage)

• IT skills and understanding of basic computer hardware/software.
• Experience using AI tools for photo & video editing.
