Marketing Operations Executive at HomeBiogas

Role Overview

The Marketing Operations Executive will be tasked with offering support to the whole HomeBiogas team in Kenya with a view to achieving efficient and effective production, sales, and distribution strategies to ensure optimal performance. They will be reporting to the Marketing Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify target customers
• Prepare and coordinate promotional activities
• Work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials
• Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts
• Arrange effective distribution of marketing materials
• Implement marketing strategies for attracting future potential clients
• Manage social media platforms and produce creative content
• Organize and attend events
• Update client database
• Perform any other tasks or duties that the Company may assign from time to time

Requirements

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in a related field from a recognized institution
• 2 years of working experience in the marketing field
• Basic leadership skills
• Must have excellent communication and people skills
• Must be able to multitask and pay attention to detail
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Can work under minimal supervision
• Must be highly motivated
