As a member of the Measurement Unit, the MEAL Training Specialist will be responsible for developing and delivering learning and training resources for MEAL staff across IRC's country programs in the Crisis Response, Recovery, and Development department. The primary responsibilities will be to build learning content and to facilitate training sessions, both virtually and in-person.
The role will report to the Learning and Training Advisor and collaborate with subject matter experts and MEAL product owners. Specifically, this role will work closely with the Director of Data and Monitoring, the Data and Monitoring Systems Lead, the Data and Monitoring Project Advisor, and the Regional Measurement Advisors.
The MEAL Training Specialist will need to develop broad familiarity with the span of IRC programs and operations around the world. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, a high level of personal initiative and the ability to work well in a complex, multicultural, dynamic environment.
