PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Promotion

• Conduct presentations to doctors, clinics, and pharmacies.
• Drive client acquisition and retention.
• Represent hospital at medical conferences and exhibitions.

Client Engagement

• Build strong professional relationships.
• Provide timely updates and support to clients.

Market Research & Reporting

• Collect feedback and market intelligence.
• Prepare reports on outreach and sales performance.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing and clinical teams.
• Support cross-functional initiatives for hospital growth.

Qualification

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or Health Sciences.
• 2–3 years’ experience in medical sales or healthcare marketing.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and hospital services.
• Valid driving license is an added advantage.
