The Purpose of the role

To serve as the brand ambassador for our company’s Products within the assigned retail channels and effectively execute the merchandising objectives provided..

Duties and Responsibilities

• Attend to all allocated appointments on a daily basis
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO is adhered to in all assigned outlets
• Ensure consistent availability of our brand and maintain optimal products display in accordance with the agreed upon planogram
• Manage and process orders while actively pursuing the issuance of LPOS
• Enhance on shelf availability (OSA)by increasing facings and optimizing shelf space.
• Skillfully arrange point of sale materials (POSM)placements and ensure clear and prominent on shelf communications.
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with outlet staff encouraging order placement and ensuring timely deliveries
• Execute promotional activities in designated outlets and conduct periodic surveys as requested.
• Implement Joint Business plans and arrange for additional product displays when necessary
• Engage with stakeholders including customers. Consumers retailers and others while upholding the brands values and reputation.
• Provide timely and comprehensive reports upon request covering various aspects such as competition analysis, display quality, sales performance, stocks levels, pricing, new products listings brand movement and consumer feedback
• Maintain a minimum attendance rate of 90% ensuring maximum Productivity

Education and Experience Level

• Certificate in sales and Marketing or any other related business studies
• At least one (1) year relevant experience in FMCG
• Food handler’s certification.
