Microsoft Dynamics 365 Expert and Developer at Rose Avenue Group

Our client, Imperial College of Medical and Health Sciences a registered private tertiary medical training institution based in Thika and regulated by TVETA is seeking to hire an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Expert and Developer to be responsible in implementing, customizing and maintaining Dynamics 365 solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to analyze business needs and develop tailored Dynamics 365 applications that enhance operations, improve efficiency and deliver value. 

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions in line with organizational requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and propose innovative solutions.
• Customize and configure Dynamics 365 applications, including workflows, business rules, and user interfaces.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 solutions with other business systems and third-party applications.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, data models, and user guides.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve system problems in a timely manner.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 developments, updates, and best practices.

Other Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 development and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of MySQL, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, and HTML.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps.
