Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages
• Create and develop drink recipes
• Maintain bar inventory and stock levels
• Ensure bar cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Serve guests in a professional manner
• Recommend drinks to guests
• Manage bar equipment and tools
• Monitor beverage quality and presentation
• Control wastage and bar costs
• Process guest orders accurately
• Ensure compliance with alcohol service laws
• Collaborate with bar and kitchen teams
• Maintain bar menu updates
• Handle guest complaints professionally

Skills & Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Mixology, Hospitality, or related field
• At least 2–3 years’ experience as a mixologist or bartender
• Strong knowledge of cocktails and beverages
• Experience in luxury hotel or high-end bar preferred
• Good customer service skills
• Knowledge of bar operations and inventory control
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Creativity in drink preparation
