Monetary Policy Implementation and Operations Consultant Trainer at Indepth Research Services (IRES)

We are seeking a Monetary Policy Implementation and Operations Consultant Trainer to deliver specialized training on the tools, processes, and best practices for effective monetary policy implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and regularly update training materials on open market operations, liquidity management, and monetary policy tools.
• Deliver engaging training sessions for central bankers, financial market professionals, and policymakers.
• Provide practical exercises on market operations, reporting, and compliance.
• Guide participants in aligning operations with CBK frameworks and international standards.
• Stay informed on emerging trends and integrate them into training.
• Assess training outcomes and improve methodologies as needed.
• Support organizations in enhancing their monetary policy operations.

Requirements:

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Banking.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in monetary policy operations or central banking.
• Proven experience in training or professional development.
• Certification in treasury operations or financial markets (e.g., ACI Dealing Certificate) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills.
