MT Specialist (Modern Trade Specialist) at Hilalium & Sons (Ur Home ) Ltd

JOB PURPOSE

• To drive sales, distribution, visibility and market share for the company's FMCG brands across modern trade outlets (supermarkets, hypermarkets, chain stores and key accounts).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute modern trade (MT) sales plans to achieve growth targets for the FMCG fast moving department. Manage and strengthen relationships with key modern trade accounts and decision makers.
• Ensure optimum shelf availability, visibility and execution of in-store marketing activities.
• Negotiate pricing, promotions and trade terms with modern trade partners. Monitor market trends, competitor activities and consumer insights to inform strategy. Work closely with the sales, marketing and supply chain teams to ensure timely stock availability and effective execution.
• Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts and insights for management.
• Meet and exceed sales and distribution targets as set by the company.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Modern Trade or Key Accounts within the FMCG sector.
• Proven track record of managing and growing business in modern trade channels.
• Strong negotiation, networking and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication, analytical and commercial skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented and able to work under minimal supervision.
