About the role:

As a Multimedia Associate, you will be responsible for creating and executing high-quality multimedia content to support marketing campaigns and promotional materials. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop engaging and visually compelling content that aligns with brand standards and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute high-quality photo shoots for various marketing materials, edit and retouch the same to ensure visual excellence and adherence to brand standards.
• Plan, shoot, and edit video content for marketing campaigns and promotional materials in collaboration with the marketing team to develop engaging video concepts.
• Contribute to the creation of visually compelling designs by working closely with graphic designers to integrate multimedia elements into marketing collateral.
• Develop and execute creative concepts for multimedia content that align with marketing objectives and generate ideas for visual storytelling through photography and video.
• Maintain and oversee the use of multimedia equipment, ensuring proper functioning and safety while staying updated on the latest multimedia technologies and trends.
• Coordinate multimedia projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes in collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet project goals.
• Ensure that all multimedia content represents the brand accurately and aligns with brand guidelines, upholding brand consistency in visual elements across all multimedia projects.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and messaging by providing creative input to enhance multimedia elements in marketing strategies.

Does this sound like you?

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Film Studies, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in multimedia production.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
• Experience with creative photography and videography.
• Ability to operate and handle video production gear.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
