Requirements for Appointment
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must:-
- A Diploma or Certificate or Craft Certificate in Secretarial Studies from KNEC or the required Business Education Single and Group Certificates (BES & GC) or Diploma/Certificate in Business Administration.
- Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) with the prescribed minimum grade of C Plain c) A Certificate in Computer Applications from a recognized institution.
- Good communication, organizational, and office management skills.
